Howdy partner. I`m Ripkin! I`m a young spunky Husky fella, with a personality that will be sure to make you laugh and keep you on your toes!
Us Huskies are one heck of a time! We`ve got tons of energy, scream like we`re in the opera, act like we`re listening to you when we`re in our own little world, and definitely wear the pants in this relationship. But, we`re also very loyal, fun, great adventure buddies, confident, and intelligent.
I`m a super friendly guy that loves to have fun in life. I like going for walks, eating yummy treats, and playing with some super fun toys! I`m very good at amusing myself with them, you should see me bounce around like a goof! I can sometimes use my mouth for more than toys though, like being a typical sassy Husky that might be over-dramatic when things aren`t going my way. But, I do listen very well and I`m a fun guy to teach!
I am looking for a home with someone who has either Husky experience or experience with a high energy dog. I need a very active lifestyle with someone patient who will help me with training so we are successful. I cannot go home with a cat however: I am very smart, food and toy motivated, and have a very charming personality.
One thing to know!! I know my picture looks a bit funky with my eye being weird. The doc took care of this here, though it resulted in me only having one eye now. Don`t worry though, I get around fine and it hasn`t taken away from my fun personality!

The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City. This is only a portion of the work done by our organization. In 2016 almost 12,000 animal came through the doors of our shelter and spay/neuter clinic. We can’t help them without your support.
