My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I’m Apple! Life hasn’t always been easy for me—I came to TLP as a stray, having endured a lot of suffering, including being shot and losing my litter of babies. But thanks to the love and care I’ve received, I’m on the road to recovery and ready to find my forever home.

My foster mom calls me a joyful girl who can’t get enough of her people. I’m not exactly a Velcro dog, but I love being involved in what my humans are up to—I’m always ready to lend a paw!

Here’s a little more about me:
I’m a medium-energy pup who enjoys walks, running errands, and even spa days (yep, I’ll let you trim my nails!). I adore my plushies. I don’t tear them up; I carry them around and snuggle with them in my crate.

I’m house and crate-trained—a total pro at keeping things tidy. I’ve met other dogs and cats and don’t have much of a reaction to them. With slow introductions, I think I’d do just fine living with other pets and kids.

I’m a brave girl who’s been through a lot, but I’m ready to spend the rest of my days in a loving forever home where I can give and receive all the love I’ve been waiting for. Could that be with you?

Fur-ever yours,
Apple
