Cheeto Puff has worked hard to show everyone her playful personality after an independent start to life. She was found stray as an older kitten, and so was a little behind the socialization curve, being very shy and nervous at first. But with lots of time and patience she has grown to become more social in foster care! Cheeto will need to be adopted to a home with another friendly 'helper cat' feline friend, since she truly does best with a cat buddy who can show her around, wrestle and play, and take naps together. Cheeto will need a very patient, very quiet home with an owner or family who can meet her at her own pace, in terms of helping her adjust to her new forever home.
Cheeto has discovered that she adores the Red Dot, dangly things, her cardboard scratcher and being brushed! And that no food puzzle is too hard for this smart girl. Cheeto is quick to purr and her little head tilt tells you she's thinking about what to do next. Cheeto loves to have her own private space to decompress and observe from afar, but once she decides she likes you, the snuggles never stop. She would be happiest in a calm, quiet and predictable home with no kids. She thrives on routine but will show her skittish side when strange noises and changes occur. This little girl is ready for her forever home and can't share all of her love with the right family.
