My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rody! Rody is around 9 months old and 55lb. He is a huge lover boy! He’s so full of love and energy. He is also extremely smart, and a very fast learner. He is crate trained, and only wants out when anyone he knows arrives home to say hello! Rody is very good on a leash but can get excited sometimes and a bit jumpy, but he is learning the “leave it” command and is picking up on it very fast. He also knows sit, no, and “inside” (for his crate). He is a kisser! He gives lots of kisses, and has a little bit of a hard time understanding personal space, but he is working on it! He just has so much love to give! Rody gets along with other dogs, and doesn’t mind cats. He loves to snack on apples, carrots, and sometimes even tomatoes! He loves fruit and is not much of a picky eater.

Rody is a very good boy, with a very big heart. He is a silly sweetheart with so much love to give!

Bark About It Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based dog rescue. Our mission is to save dogs from urgent situations such as euthanasia lists, overcrowded shelters, and homelessness as well as to educate the public on the importance of spay and neuter.
