Meet Holly J, a sweet and cautious pup who just needed the right friend to show her how to have fun! Initially a bit stiff and hesitant, Holly J's barriers melted away when she spent time with Pinky, another resident WCAC canine, whose goofy spins encouraged her to join in on the fun. Soon, Holly J was twirling and swirling alongside him, enjoying every moment. She's looking for a confident, fun-loving male dog who can help her continue to blossom and show her the joy of playtime. With the right companion, Holly J is ready to embrace her playful side and make lasting memories!
Although he is heartworm positive, it is treatable and not contagious. Friends of Wake County Animal Center has provided a $400 sponsorship to help cover the cost of treatment.
If you're interested in learning more about her, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Holly J 256357".
She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 60 Age: 3yrs 0mths 3wks
