If you’re looking for a spunky, friendly, playful puppy that loves to play tug, chew on chewies and explore this big new world, I’M YOUR GAL! I am new to being on a leash but am figuring out how to heel. If you let me stop to sniff the flowers, or watch the leaves blow in the wind (with a couple snuggles stops along the way) I’ll be braver every time. I don’t jump on the leash and don’t pull much either. I am a gentle wanderer (and the cutest co-pilot for car rides). It took me less than two days to figure out the walking route around the block and learn to lead (run) the way home! I have hearty appetite and will work for food! I’m a quick learner and like to perform tricks for treats. I know sit and come (at a close distance). I am even learning shake, high five and lie down! Like all pups, I’ve got things to learn. I am working on potty training and learning the rules of being part of a human family. Playing with my pup friends is my favorite way to burn my puppy energy, but I am learning humans do it differently. When I am tuckered out, I promise to be your best snuggle pup! Wisconsin Bound Dog Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue that specializes in rescuing abused, neglected or unwanted animals at high risk of euthanasia and providing temporary foster homes and necessary medical care until a permanent home can be found. WBDR is an all volunteer-based rescue. We strive to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering of animals to prevent pet overpopulation and prevent animal cruelty and suffering through education and activities to the public. WBDR is committed to finding each family and abandoned dog their perfect match and to make each rescue rewarding and permanent.
