But Toph isn’t just a survivor—she’s a conqueror! 💪🐾 Now a beautiful, spunky whirlwind of energy, Toph takes on life (and kittens three times her size 😹) with the heart of a true champion.

Toph’s got quirks for days! 😏 She’ll sass you up, demand your attention, and then growl when you pick her up (don’t worry, she’s all talk 🙄). She’s the ultimate mix of bratty and funny, bringing nonstop entertainment to your home. 🎭🐾

Whether she’s batting toys across the floor with epic flair or giving you a side-eye when things don’t go her way, Toph is guaranteed to keep you laughing. 😜 So, if you’re ready to embrace the chaos and charm of this sassy, spunky girl, she’s ready to be the star of your life. ✨🐾

Toph Beifong is litter box trained.

Toph Beifong's adoption fee is $90, includes her vaccines, flea & tick treatment, microchip and spay.

You can stop in anytime between 12-5 pm Tuesday through Friday and 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet them or any of our available cats and kittens. You do need to arrive no later than 30 min before closing to be able to adopt. We are closed to the public for Rascal Clinics and staff training, please check our Facebook page for closures or call us at 937-393-2110

Their adoption process

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

We do allow walk ins to meet animals they may want to adopt. We do not allow people to walk through the kennels we bring the animal to you.

2.
Submit Application

Not all animals need an application but some may need one due to having special needs or not being spayed or neutered yet.

3.
Take the Pet Home

You can usually take a pet home same day on foster or adoption. Foster is for a week for compatibility. Not all animals qualify for foster

Additional adoption info

Once an animal is chosen, you will pay the adoption fee via cash or card. The card does charge a fee to use. If an animal is not spayed or neutered yet we will schedule it with one of our vets or you may schedule it at your own vet and receive a reimbursement of $100 for dogs and $60 for cats. All animals are microchipped except barn cats.

The Highland Humane Society is located 2 1/2 miles east of Hillsboro, OH on St. Rt. 124. We are a non-profit shelter which provides a safe haven for dogs and cats while they transition from their past lives to their future, forever homes. We are a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization first organized in 1969 and guided by a dedicated board.
