MEDICAL CENSUS DEADLINE
5PM 01/08/24

With over 520 dogs currently in our care, we are facing a significant challenge. We are working diligently to find loving homes for each and every one of them. Every adoption, every foster, and every share helps to make a difference. Your continued support and assistance are greatly appreciated.

Name: Bogey
Animal ID: A858057
Age: 9 years
Weight: 57lbs.
About: Bogey was owner surrendered to PACC for his Addison’s disease and unmedicated seizures. His owners had him his whole life and were unable to continue providing his medical care. His owners stated that he is a LOVE and a PERFECT boy. He has done great with Kids, small and large dogs! He is a wonderful dog who is housebroken, loves car rides, loves hikes and long walks on the beach!
Medical: Bogey is on twice daily seizure medication now and takes medication monthly and daily for his Addison’s Disease. This disease is a hormonal imbalance in his system that can cause a variety of symptoms- such as seizures. He will have Addisons life-long, and he cannot live in the shelter as the stress will cause him to be unmanageable. An ideal foster or adopter will continue his treatment and medication regime. Adopters or fosters will receive 30 days of medications.
Come meet him today! Email PACC.medicalfoster@pima.gov with questions.
Available for long term foster care 30+ days or adoption through PACC.
