My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella means `beautiful,` and my foster family calls me that all the time because I sure live up to my name! When I`m not playing, you can usually find me snuggled up with my humans or the family’s kittens and cats—I love them so much! I even enjoy hanging out with their chickens!

At 23 pounds, I’m on the smaller side, but I’ve got a big heart. I live with two very big dogs, and while I’m a little nervous around them right now, I’m confident I’ll feel more comfortable with time. I’m crate-trained but sleep like a log in the human bed—it’s my favorite spot!

Even though I’m just under a year old, I’m very calm for my age. I’m also house-trained—just follow my lead, and we’ll both stay clean! I’m a fantastic leash walker, never pulling and always checking in with my human to make sure everything’s going smoothly.

If you’re looking for a loving, calm, and affectionate companion to share your life with, I might just be the one for you!

LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.

Monday, Wednesday - Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Tuesday 11:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Closed these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
