Maggie entered Santa Barbara Animal Services as a stray. When she wasn't claimed during the hold period, the shelter reached out for a safe exit.
Soon after becoming a Frosted Face on December 18th, Maggie left on a holiday adventure with FFF's founders! She flew with them to Wisconsin to visit family. Maggie was a great travel buddy, quiet and well-behaved in the airports and on the planes!
We also learned Maggie loves being held and snuggling on anything soft. She doesn’t mind snow, and can do stairs.
Maggie went on a two-week Frosted Fling, and we learned even more about this sweet girl.
Maggie's Fling Mom reports:
"Maggie loves to go on car rides and behaves perfectly in the car. When we were out to lunch the other day, she seemed a bit chilly and wanted up in my lap, so I grabbed the stroller and put it next to me with a blanket in it, and she sat there very happily.
We have been out and about several times, and she is very well-behaved, although she found one dog at a restaurant that she barked at briefly. That was the first time she had reacted at all to any dogs, so I have no idea what brought that on.
I did leave Maggie at home by herself for about an hour the other day, and she did not seem to have any separation anxiety. She just curled up in a bed and took a nap, but was very happy when I got home.
Maggie loves to cuddle and will burrow under a blanket. But she is also happy curled up in a dog bed or in my chair. She is very loving, but not super clingy.
Maggie and my dog get along great! She is a very sweet, easy dog. And no more potty accidents in the house since the first few days!"
If you’re looking for a sweet companion who loves cuddles, Maggie might just be the perfect match for you!
Drop by to meet Maggie between 10 AM and 3 PM any day of the week. She can't wait to meet you!
