My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cheeto and Peanut, our delightful duo of laid-back felines! At 8 years old, these 2 chunky companions are ready to lounge their way into your heart and home-together of course! Cheeto is the friendly fellow who will stroll over for some pets, always ready to soak up the love. This dynamic duo may not be the playful types, but they excel in the art of chill. Adopt Cheeto and peanut, and prepare for a lifetime of cuddles, naps, and the occasional "paws" for affection!

More about this shelter

Our motto is "Saving Lives, One At A Time". We were founded in 2006 and work hard to provide a second chance at adoption for homeless animals. We operate our two thrift stores to help support the Adoption Center.

We began our mission to provide care and homes for the homeless or surrendered dogs and cats in our area in 2006. By 2010 we opened our pet Adoption Center in Branson, MO.
We are a self funded non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Our website www.Bransonhumanesociety.com provides a link to our online thrift store which helps fund our Adoption Center. Our mission: To aid in the alleviation of distress and suffering of animals, and to promote their humane treatment through protection, placement, and public education.
