My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Shaggy – A Gentle, One-of-a-Kind Companion for an Experienced Owner

Shaggy is a sensitive 4-year-old with a loving heart, looking for a calm, child-free, pet-free home where he can truly thrive. This gentle boy needs time to feel secure, but with patience, he blossoms into a devoted and affectionate companion.

Given his unique needs, only select candidates will have the opportunity to meet Shaggy. We’re looking for an experienced owner who understands his sensitivities and can offer him the stability and care he deserves. If you’re ready to be Shaggy’s one-and-only, he might be the perfect match for you.

No dogs, no cats, no kids – Shaggy is happiest as your sole companion.

The adoption fee includes

Vaccinations: This includes:

Rabies
Leptospirosis
Distemper
Infectious Hepatitis/Adenovirus
Parvovirus
Parainfluenza
Lyme

Bloodwork: Testing for heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma
Deworming

Microchipping

If the dog required any other vet treatment or surgery while in our care, this is also included in the adoption fee. All known medical information is explained to adopters prior to adoption.

All our dogs come with a leash, collar, toy and a small bag of kibble.

We put a lot of work, time, care and love into each one of these dogs. They are treated like one of our own. We are open and transparent about the dogs in our care.
