My name is Rowen!

Rowen is a loving boy. We adopted him in 2020 when he was 8 months old, great addition to the family. He came from the streets in Texas and believe he was abandoned and also abused in his prior home. He’s a snuggler when he gets close to you, and doesn’t love the rain. He does love walks as well. He really is a sweet boy when he’s comfortable with you. He is almost 5 on December 24th. He unfortunately does not do well with kids, and men take some time to get used to for him. He would do great in a home with no kids, and someone who can be patient with his traumatic past. Since we had our baby, he has gotten more anxious in our house and I can tell he’s not comfortable anymore, given why we need to rehome. He needs to go to a very loving home and does love other doggies so that is okay with him! He is my baby and always will be but I want what’s best for him. I will be picky about who he goes to.
