My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

JOCKY MALE 4YRS

Jocky was an owner surrender to their local pound in southern OH. He wasnt getting along with the other unaltered male in the house * Jocky was also unaltered at the time. Heis doing well with his foster dog siblings - male and female. is crate trained, and seems to be housebroken. He did test positive for Lyme disease when being tested for heartworm and tick borne disease. He does not have any symptoms and is on a 30 day course of Doxy.

This animal is current on all age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed/neutered . They have also been given flea prevention. Adoption fee is $275.00. If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an application. www.ajssearchandrescue.org/adoption-application

More about this rescue

AJ's Search and Rescue Is an animal rescue which was founding in Sept 2016. The rescue is named after our founders first "Foster Failure". Angela aka AJ, fostered over 140 dogs through a previous organization, which lead her to adopting (foster failing) her 125 foster dog (Serchee).

As time went on AJ decided it was time to start yet another business and this time it was a non-profit 501c3 animal rescue. All animals that come through our organization are in foster homes, which allows a new adopter to know more about the animals in many aspects.

Any and all donations and adoption fees go towards proper medical care and feeding all our animals.

We strive to get animals off the streets and into new homes so they can live a wonderful life.
