That is Duke when he was still at the shelter in TX its a great video of him!
Ellen saw him and fell in love. he is such a loving dog!. GREAT on the leash very LOVING dog! Yes larger/male dogs are killed a LOT in TX (but even entire litters are:(. He is great with cats, dogs and loves humans!. We never have children to TEST a dog with but his personality is so sweet, he even does tricks. Children should be likely at least 6, and parents MUST always always supervise around a dog. Any issues you can never pts we will take our dogs back for life!
We really dont know his breeds? if you have an opinion lol we are all ears. He is likely approx 4 years old and approx 70 lbs.
Please use this link to apply to adopt. His adoption fee is very low and he is a large dog, this is a special transporter and his fee is hardly more than his transport cost alone. He will be neutered, shots, everything done prior to arriving in the PNW. Sadly we have no transports sooner!

More about this rescue
We used to call ourselves Shayne's Rescue as we used to rescue dogs. Now, we are Shayne's Fosters as we foster TX rescue pups & dogs.. We assist several TX rescuers where shelters kill 80-99% of what comes in besides the millions and millions of strays on the streets. Hence, we foster for TX rescues who do impeccable jobs of vetting, quarantine all of their pups/dogs and send up the best dogs we have ever met. All have a health certificate prior to transport (vet visit). We work super hard volunteering and we can always use more assistance from volunteers!
Please do apply. We have so many dogs and puppies available.
This application we always see, for our long term partner Pet Central SATX Rescue.
