Well, happy Meowy Christmas to you!
My name is Smokey. I am a grey and white, 6 to 7-month old tuxie fella. I have huge copper-colored eyes that stand out with my sleek, silky soft silver blue coat. The rescue thinks I may be part Russian Blue as I have the traditional triangle Siamese face, tall well-defined ears and the slender body to match.
I am the perfect age to find my forever home.Why?
I am over the destructive kitten stage and am well mannered. I adore people time and love rubbies. Don't get me wrong, I am still very playful but I take time for the important stuff like finding you for one on one time for cuddles.
Of course I am litter box trained, neutered, my vaccines are current, no bad habits and micro-chipped, which is an added perk adopting from Snow Camp!
My favorite toys are cat nip toys, springs or small balls. I have unbelievable paws to catch the feather on a pole (called bird), too. Wait until you see my paws go in hyper drive to catch the bird! I will entertain you with my zoomies around the house. When playtime winds down, I will be finding you for some comfort time. I hope you don't mind that I enjoy sleeping next to my people at night. End of the day rubbies are such a comforting way to end the day.
My purfect home would be with as a single kitty, or with a kitty buddy to have company when you are busy or working. I am not a fussy kitty. I will miss you when you are away and wait patiently for your to return. Hopefully, you will have a paper bag or box for me to play with, too. Cuddles and chin scratches would be greatly welcomed, too. Perhaps you can pick up some cat nip for me when you are away once in a while? Just a thought. Oh, I am accustomed to doggos, and do not prefer really young kids, but older kids are great to be around.

We rescue kitties from high kill animal shelters and community kitties, take in strays and owner surrendered kitties as we have space available. We provide them love and compassion with private foster homes. All of our beautiful kitties are fully vetted, vaccinated, de-wormed, ears checked for ear mites and cleaned, provided flea medication, as well as microchipped.
We also take in feral kitties, fully vet them and they live their life at our fenced sanctuary with the rescue owner. The kitties are cared for by Karin, a lady with a passion for helping kitties to live their life to the fullest. The sanctuary also takes kitties no one wants like black cats, and the ones no one wants.
