Milo was brought in by his previous owner on December 21, 2024.

Meet Milo, a spirited and active dog who's always ready for an adventure! Milo is incredibly smart - so smart, in fact, that he's figured out how to open lever-style doors! He loves to play and thrives on mental and physical challenges that keep his busy mind engaged; a busy boy is an enriched boy! Milo can get a little carried away with his excitement and needs a family who can help him channel his energy productively. He tends to guard items he deems valuable, like food, so he'll do best in a home with adults or children over 10 who can respect his boundaries. Milo has had mixed experiences with other dogs, so any canine siblings should meet him first to ensure a good fit. With the right home, Milo is sure to bring endless fun and affection to your life. Make sure to bring the entire household down to speak with our trainers and bring Milo home!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
