My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Rutherford!
Rutherford came to us as a stray in October 2024 and is looking for his forever home! Rutherford is a unique kitty with plenty of personality to go around! He has bounds of energy and can always be found scuttling around our adoption building when he is let out of his cage. Rutherford loves toys of all types but has especially enjoyed batting around catnip toys or toys that have feathers attached to them. He is still learning that getting pets and scratches is a great thing and will need an understanding owner who will allow him to get pets on his own terms.
Rutherford has been hit or miss with the animals he has enjoyed the company of and may do best as a solo kitty. He has not minded other energetic cats/kittens and enjoys having playtime with them. He is NOT a fan of dogs and would do best in a home without doggy friends.
Rutherford is ready to find his forever home! Stop in and visit with him today if he sounds like he may be a good fit for you!

Rutherford is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
