Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet Sirius! He is an almost 6 year old German Shepard Pit mix looking for a loving and active family. Like most dogs his breed, he can be destructive if not able to properly release his energy. He is overall good with other animals, currently lives with another dog and 7! cats. He likes to play rough, so might be better with older children, however he loves all. He loves to snuggle in bed, hike, run, play with stuffed animals, and be a part of the family. He would be best in a home with another active dog as he gets lonely. He can't be confined to a yard, and loves to roam. He does have an autoimmune disorder, and needs a steroid shot most summers, but otherwise he has always been healthy. He is already microchipped and neutered. We love him dearly, but can no longer keep up with his energy demands.
