Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Elfie came to us from the San Diego Humane Society on December 23rd. She is 11 years old and weighs 9 lbs. Elfie is so sweet and enjoys being petted.
A volunteer took Elfie on a special outing to Ramona Family Naturals and Collier Park. Afterwards, she gave Elfie this rave review:
"Elfie is so silly, fun, and sweet! She was just a tad nervous at first about being picked up, but we quickly became friends, and she gave me kisses.
Elfie was excited about all the things: riding in the car, sniffing at the park, walking, politely greeting another dog, and getting belly rubs.
Elfie walks great on leash and was a perfect passenger in the car."
Elfie is currently on an even bigger adventure: a two-week Frosted Fling! We are excited to learn more about her in a home environment.
Her Fling Mom reports:
"Elfie is the sweetest girl ever and LOVES people!
She is so gentle, quiet, and kind! She has a good amount of energy and really enjoys walks and the occasional jog (but also loves a nap). She is very good on a leash and is always excited to go outside!
Elfie is very eager when she sees another dog on walks but comes in a little hot when greeting. Most interactions have been ok, but it seems like she'd need time to adjust to another dog.
Elfie is truly a special girl!"
