INTRODUCING FREYA!

Have you ever heard a kitten purr so much?

This sweet girl had a tough start in life. She was 'owned' by some knuckleheads who didn't believe in having their animals altered. Obviously there were soon far more cats than they could take care of and the conditions were appalling. Thankfully she was brought to us by a concerned neighbor so she can find the happy home she deserves.
Here's what Faith, who is helping foster her, has to say about her new charge:
Freya was shy and scared at first, but now with a lot of love she is doing amazing. About 3 months old, she has perfect litterbox manners, has had her first kitten shots and is, of course, spayed. She is still skittish with humans so she doesn't know and isn't comfortable with being held for more than a few minutes at this point. It's unlikely she was handled much where she came from, but she's well on her way to realizing how wonderful cuddling can be. She would love to roll on her side as you pet her, purring away with every stroke. Her second favorite thing besides purring is talking, a very vocal cat indeed. Freya had never been around dogs, and now in her foster home is getting use to them. She is doing great with her other foster kittens, even though they sometimes hiss at her because she's the new kid on the block. Sweet, loves kisses and always purring; Just a purrrfect cat in every aspect.
