My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna is a very sweet and friendly puppy born on October 28 in an overcrowded Central Valley shelter. At just 4 days old, she and her family were rescued by Lucky Dog Rescue. Her mom, Kismet is a gentle and affectionate 38 lb. Australian Cattle Dog. While the identity of her dad is unknown, Luna’s size and appearance suggest he might have been a larger breed, possibly a Plott Hound mix.

Luna has a beautiful brindle coat and a very expressive face. She loves everyone she meets. She gets along well with the senior resident dog in her foster home, even respecting her boundaries when corrected. Luna is highly food-motivated and will already sit to get a treat.
If you are prepared to take on the rewarding challenge of raising Luna to be your new BFF, please complete our application that can be found on our website: 1luckydogrescue.org or contact her foster mom, Nancy at nancymoore016@gmail.com. If contacting by email, please tell us a little about the home you would offer sweet Luna.
