Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Say hello again to Grady! This big boy originally left us earlier this year, but we were recently contacted for an emergency intake due to the traumatic situation he was in. His owner experienced a medical crisis and could no longer care for him, leaving Grady scared and timid.
When he arrived back at the rescue, it didn't take long for him to realize he was among friends again-he is already doing great! Sadly, he had been confined to a bathroom with no dog food. The bathtub had water in it, which we assume was meant for him to drink. The reporting party also believes his owner may have attempted to tie him up, as he was found with a chewed-through leash.
Despite all he's been through, Grady is safe now and getting the care and love he deserves!
Do not forget about our "Pets For Vets" and "Rescues For Responders" program whereby the
adoption fees are sponsored!
