My name is Maisy!

Maisy is loving and always happy to see you. She’s not one of those cats that hides from you. She loves all ages of people. She wakes up purring wanting to snuggle.

She has a mellow demeanor yet likes to play sometimes. She can be so gentle when she plays with our foster dog. She loves her toys and is the first cat we’ve ever seen to play fetch!

She likes lots of afternoon naps. Her favorite place to hang out is at the window where she can look for hours. The squirrels and birds really excite her! She loves to snuggle in a cozy blanket and even watches tv sometimes.

She is a sweetheart and sure to be part of the family!

Want to adopt a kitten? We highly recommend you consider bringing home two instead of one! Adopting kittens in pairs has been proven to be beneficial for cats’ emotional and behavioral well-being and greatly improves the likelihood of long-term adopter happiness as a result. Adopting more than one kitten also reduces the risk of “Single Kitten Syndrome” (also known as Tarzan Syndrome), a symptom of under-socialization during a kitten’s most formative weeks. Kittens who are under-socialized may develop aggressive tendencies toward both other animals and humans as they grow, creating lifelong behavioral issues for owners.
