Stormy is an adorable little yorkie puppy who was surrendered because he was so scared of being handled that he didn’t sell as a young puppy. Stormy has made huge strides in trusting people and cuddling. He is looking for an adult home with another small dog to hang out with. Stormy will also need a securely fenced yard. Stormy is neutered, utd on vaccines, microchipped and will potty on pee pads and also outside.
