All you need is a cozy home and a dog named Penelope! Meet Penelope, a girl who has shown to be very nervous here but is working on building up confidence. With patience and time spent with Penelope, we have seen her blossom and get comfy once she knows you. She likes to roll over for belly rubs, give hugs, and cuddle up on a blanket to fall asleep. She can be nervous in new situations, so it is recommended to bring all family members in to meet her.Available at the Animal Rescue League of Berks
