Howdy there! My name is Red and I'm a 7 year old, German Shepherd, Bloodhound mix, weighing in at 70 pounds. I'm a sweet old man with a lot more life to live and a lot more love to give. I'm a calm and well trained fellow. I am a great indoor dog and am housetrained. The hound in me does make me follow my nose, so I defiantly require a fenced in yard or supervised outdoor time. I walk well on a leash and load into a car easily. I'm good with walks of all life. I do well with cats, other dogs, and have been around livestock as well, including chickens and goats. I absolutely love people. I get along with children of all ages and have experience with the elderly as well. Thunderstorms, gunshots and fireworks do scare me. I would love to be a new addition to your family. Please pick me and take me to my forever home today! You can also call the shelter at (479) 394-5682 for any other questions. **************** All animals at HSO are current on their vaccinations and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If not already spayed/neutered, there may be a short delay between when you select this pet and when they are ready to go home.
