Why I need a new home

Fostered

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willa is a super cat and her 'sister' Vanna, listed elsewhere, has been with her all her life. They make a great, mellow pair. Ideally I'd like both cats to go to the same place. I spent the last year caretaking for my dying partner. The cats were hers, and I am committed to them having a good life. That's why I need to re home them.

I will begin working again, the home may be sold, and lots of travel for work means I will have no time to arrange for cat feeders etc while I am gone.

I love Willa, she is about 11 years old, if I recall correctly, and was adopted as a kitten by my late partner. She is affectionate but not right away, usually. She tends to drool when we pet her, so watch that! She is not big on playing any more. She'ss chase a string or gnaw on a catnip mouse, and she prefers petting to play

This would be a great therapy cat for someone. She knows things and is smart for a cat. I wish I could keep her. I will only let her and/or her sister, Vanna) go to a good home.
