My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gelato. This striking black-and-white sweetheart was found with a collar so tight that could have caused her serious harm if not for a timely rescue. Likely dumped as a kitten and left unfixed to grow up alone on the street, Gelato was dealt a rough hand—but she never let it dampen her spirit.

Now safe, loved, and thriving indoors, Gelato has embraced her second chance at life. She’s incredibly chatty and will meow up a storm until you scoop her up for cuddles. Her favorite things? Belly rubs, cozy naps, and being the center of your attention. This girl doesn’t just want love; she demands it—in the cutest way possible! Gelato would do well as a single cat, but can adjust to coexist with others if given a proper introduction.

Gelato is about a year old, spayed, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested FIV/FeLV negative.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.

Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.

Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.

The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
