How this pet arrived:
Bonnie was brought in by her previous owner on November 27, 2024.
Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Bonnie, a happy and loveable dog looking for her new home! She came into our care with a fractured leg, which is healing up nicely. Bonnie is very intelligent and full of energy. One of her adorable quirks is her "Heeler nibble" - a playful little nip at your ankles! Bonnie has shown herself to be affectionate and enjoys meeting new people, happily accepting pets and neck scratches. She loves fetch and toys and would love it if you join in the fun, but is also great at entertaining herself. Bonnie is not a fan of sharing, and would thrive best as the only pet in the home where she can soak up all your attention and love. She has some reactivity to unfamiliar dogs (resulting in barking and pulling on the leash), which can be managed with some positive reinforcement training. She is not a candidate for dog parks or other off-leash venues. If you're looking for a gentle, loyal companion who will fill your days with joy, fill out the interest form above!
Dog Reactive Dog: Bonnie requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them.
