Daisy is a tabby and white DSH adult cat who was brought to our shelter after being found as a stray. She is very loving cat once she gets to know you. Daisy Mae is not adjusting well to shelter life and is very cautious around people, but once you win her trust she will shower you with affection. What she needs most is someone to give her a loving home where she can be herself and explore around her safe space. Her estimated date of birth is 8/1/2022, and she currently weighs 8 lbs. She does get along well with other cats, but has never been around children or dogs. Do you think you could give this sweet lady a chance to break out of her shell?
Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.

The mission of the Humane Society of Pulaski County is to rescue, care for and find homes for abandoned, abused, homeless and unwanted animals; to reduce suffering of animals; and to reduce the number of homeless animals through adoption, spay/neuter, and through education.
