My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maxwell is full of love and is eager to have some fun in a foster home while he recovers. Maxwell is a nervous kitty and would appreciate if his foster takes things slowly with him while he gets used to a new environment.

Reason for Foster: Upper Respiratory Infection (URI)

Foster Time Frame: 2 Weeks

Foster Care Plan: Maxwell is currently undergoing treatment for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. There is a possibility that he is contagious to other animals, so we strongly recommend keeping him separated in a bedroom or bathroom away from other cats until he has fully recovered. He will go home with medication and once his medication is completed, he will be ready for adoption.

Foster to Adopt: Maxwell is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
