Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Oliver was adopted from SPCA in 2017 when he was five months old. He is smart and lovable. He is overall great, even with his grey hairs starting to come in he is still energetic and loves to play. He’s great with kids and dogs and loves to sleep and cuddle. He enjoys his walks outside and loves to smell everything (very curious in nature). In this past year, there was an incident that we think triggered him and has made him have severe separation anxiety. We came home one day to a broken window in our apartment as if someone or something came in and Oliver was gone. Luckily, we we were able to find him but over these next few months he has struggled immensely with anxiety and has since broken windows (learned from the first time) to get out when left alone. We are dealing with a family matter right now and we are not able to give him the care and attention he needs. It breaks our hearts to do this, but we love him and hope we can find someone who can be with him more consistently.
