My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

From Foster:

Percy appeared shy and nervous during the ride home from the shelter but that all changed the second we introduced him to our two dogs.

He didn’t show any aggression towards them at all and just immediately wanted to get down to the business of playing!

He’s quite young and has a lot of energy so he’d do well in a home with other dogs and/or a fenced backyard where he can romp to his heart’s content.

We have a 5 ft fence and have not seen any attempts to dig or jump which is a good thing.

He’s getting pretty good on a leash so he also enjoys long walks to release some energy.

He’s not 100% potty trained yet but he is getting better and better as time goes by.

He is aware of our cats and has expressed curiosity, but not in a vicious way. Given the chance, he might do just fine in a home with cats but can’t say for certain as we keep them separate at our house.

All in all, Percy has a very sweet personality and love nothing more than a good long cuddle! He will make an excellent companion for someone who is looking for an active pal!
