Lew is a big sweetheart who is very playful – tug of war, catch, he’s your guy! He’s a gentle giant who will make you smile while keeping you active!

Lew is great with other dogs and doesn’t seem to care about cats. He’s crate and house trained, and would love to become a part of your family.

Adoptable Friends, NFP is a new nonprofit located near Mundelein, IL. We are presently operating as a foster-based rescue with plans to rehabilitate the kennel (“Bark Boulevard”) and cat facility (“Meow Manor”) that sit on our five acre, wooded property.

At Adoptable Friends, NFP, our mission is to place adoptable animals in permanent, loving homes while embracing green best practices. Our progressive philosophy emphasizes fear-free handling and training and we strive to operate as a steward of the environment. Our organization isn’t exclusive to dogs and cats, we will care for and find homes for any animal in need.
