Meet Voight – The One-of-a-Kind Ginger Gentleman!
Voight isn’t just your average orange kitty—he’s a rare gem with a big heart and even bigger paws! As a polydactyl cat with extra toes on all four paws (a rarity!), Voight is truly one of a kind. But his uniqueness doesn’t stop there—this lovable boy has a huge personality to match.
After a tough start on the streets, Voight is discovering the joys of indoor life, and he’s loving every second of it. Everything is new to him, and he’s making up for lost time with lots of exploring, playing, and affection. Catnip toys are his new obsession, though he can get a little overexcited—it’s all part of the fun!
Voight is a talker who loves to chat with you, especially when it’s mealtime (his purring while eating is music to your ears). He craves attention and adores pets, rewarding you with nonstop affection.
Voight is FeLV+ (feline leukemia virus positive), which means his immune system needs a little extra love and care. He’s best suited to a home where he can be the only cat or with other FeLV+ feline friends. This resilient ginger gentleman has so much love to give and is ready to find a family who will cherish him as much as he’ll cherish them.
Could you be the one to give Voight the happy ending he deserves? He’s ready to purr his way into your heart!
Voight is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and healthy (fiv negative and felv positive)
If you are interested in adopting Voight please fill out adoption form on our website and our staff will review and reach out shortly (link to adoption form is below)

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
