Meet Rose, an adorable puppy with the sweetest personality! We think she’s a Lab, possibly mixed with a Cattle Dog, and her spotted chest adds to her irresistible charm. Rose absolutely adores people of all ages and is great with other pups too! She's a loving, full of spirit and playful companion who's made her way to NY and is ready to find her forever home. Whether it's cuddling, playing, going on walks and car rides, Rose has a heart of gold that makes her the life of the puppy party. Rose is currently being fostered in a family with a resident dog, 5 cats and 3 children. Her foster mom tells us she has a sparkling personality, sweet and affectionate and is fiercely loyal. If you're looking for a sweet, and smart playful pup to brighten your days, Rose is ready to be your forever best friend. Rose is just the perfect girl!

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
