My name is Jack!

Jack was rescued as a young dog and has lived with his mom Renee and her daughter for 12 years. Jack can be protective of his family and home and will do some barking. He is trained to stop barking with a clicker, but the training is a work-in-progress.

Jack is intelligent and loves to snuggle and be petted. He also loves to play off-leash with other dogs.

Jack does not like men and should not be in a home where men live. He hates riding in the car and should be in a kennel when being transported; he sometimes vomits in the car. He is also frightened of very loud sounds, like fireworks.

As he ages, Jack is unpredictable with people other than his main person. He needs to be with a woman living alone, and should be segregated if other people are in the home.
