My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A volunteer writes:
I met Rudy when he did not feel that well and he was already a sweetheart then. He had such beautiful and gentle eyes that I fell in love with him. Rudy is feeling better but he is not yet out of the bushes. His lovely disposition, though, has just gone better and better. He owns the cutest button face and is just too adorable, rolling and squirming for pets on his little cat bed. Rudy really enjoys company although he is said to be a bit on the shy side. His former owner describes him as a gentle and kind cat! Right on the money! Rudy, our friendly senior, is still in the care of our veterinary staff but he will soon need a safe and loving place to spend his golden years. Keep wonderful Rudy in mind and please, do open your heart when the time will come!

Generally speaking, he appears to be a very sweet cat.

Rudy interacts with the observer, solicits & appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. We recommend that he go to a home with some cat experience preferred and be well counseled in cats who may not like being picked up. Note in the home he tolerated it but struggled.

I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me.
