Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Maggie is around the 11 month age range and was found as a stray with her siblings! She's very sweet, cute and the biggest sock thief around! Incredibly affectionate but also very energetic and needs lots of attention. She hasn't gotten along the best with my resident dog, however. Outside the apartment, they're best friends and love to play together but inside the apartment, Maggie doesn't care about her most times until resident dog has a toy, then Maggie needs to take it. This bullying turned into (what I believe to be) resource guarding outburst where she snapped at my other dog and tried to fight her over toys. It happens at the most random times and usually never happens but we've also been watching her like a hawk. Because of this, I believe she'd be best in a one dog household or an experienced household. Again, its not aggression and I believe this behavior could be worked through, I just don't have the time, money or commitment to get said necessary help. She's a great pup!
