Timberlake was brought in by a community member on November 6, 2024.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Timberlake, the coolest red-eared slider around! As an invasive species in California, Timberlake needs a family who can ensure he lives out his days in comfort without the chance to (slowly) make a break for it. While Timberlake could settle into a massive indoor aquarium (100+ gallons), his ideal habitat is an outdoor pond where he can swim, bask and explore in a safe, predator-free environment. The pond should be established and bioactive, or equipped with a high-tech filter to keep things clean. With a lifespan of over 20 years, Timberlake thrives on a diet of turtle pellets, supplemented with an omnivorous, species-specific menu. And don't forget to install that tiny turtle fence!
