My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm Riley, a year-old 40-pound Corgi/Lab mix. I'm smaller than I look in pictures, more like a Corgi with Yellow Lab coloring -- I have the fluffy hind end and the wiggle of a Corgi! I'm a gem -- a very special dog and a favorite here at SAD. Everyone who transported me from Kentucky wanted to keep me, including the volunteer who fostered me for a night. I am sweet and human-focused and would like nothing better than to lie on your lap and get affection. I was found living in a ramshackle trailer, and luckily a kind person found me and reached out to a local rescue when the weather started to get cold. I love to play catch, I get along with other dogs, and I love all people, including children. I am fully vetted and spayed and ready to find my forever home.
