My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Unfortunately, Okra has returned to our care due to no fault of his own. His adoptive family experienced some life changes and were no longer able to keep him. After settling back into foster care, Okra is adjusting well to his new routine. While change can be tough for a cat, he’s already showing progress by making friends with the other cats and even the dogs in his foster home.

At 8 months old, Okra is still growing and will likely get a bit bigger. He’s already neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and combo tested negative. He’s also litter box trained, though he does prefer easy access to it. Okra is learning what’s acceptable to claw in the home and with some gentle redirection to his scratching post, he’s quickly getting the hang of it.

This sweet boy deserves his happily-ever-after—this time, for good.
