My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sadie, one of the Smooth 4 dumped on the side of the freeway. But WOW! She is elegant! Sadie is currently with her foster and being socialized with a beautiful pack of adult collies. Though she is shy at first the minute she gets to know you she wants to be in your lap! She is a velcro dog in the best sense of the word. She is playful and adorable with a personality that never stops! She would do great with another dog that wants to play, and teach her the rules of the family. She is a great house dog but will counter surf for yummies. She is spayed and UTD on all her shots. If you are ready for your forever collie, one that will be by your side (or in your lap) forever, Sadie is your girl. Please feel free to put in an application for her for when she is ready at www.collie.org.

More about this rescue

Southland Collie Rescue, Inc. (SCR), a non-profit corporation located in the Southern California area, coordinates for several Collie Rescues in the Southland. All of our Collie Rescues find homes for purebred Collies and, when possible, Collie mixes from shelters, from people who have taken in strays, and from owners who can no longer care for their Collie. We foster our rescued Collies in private homes throughout Los Angeles and adjacent counties.
