Meet Glinda!
This chunky monkey is in need of a family to give her love and care until she is ready to make it permanent. Miss Glinda is a 31 flavors mixed breed that is as sweet as sugar and as loving as can be. She has an estimated birthday of 12/01/2019, and weighs in around 35lbs. Glinda is outgoing and loveable, she will not hesitate to steal your heart away. She loves the company of children and other dogs, and doesn't mind cats either. Of course, a meet and greet is required if you already have any other dogs in the home.
Sadly, Glinda tested positive for Heatworms in late 2024. She promptly started treatment, but is searching for a foster home to keep her safe, loved, and cared for until she is medically cleared for adoption. What she is looking for in a foster is someone who is able to administer her daily medications as prescribed, bring her to the shelter for necessary appointments, and keep her relatively calm and relaxed for the last half of treatment while the medications take effect. For the duration of her foster period, the shelter will provide medications and any supplies you may need.
