This stunning one-year-old lab mix is back with us. Adopted last fall and she is back as a chipped stray.....frustrating, we know. But Arizona hasn’t let it dull her charm or good vibes, though it’s clear she misses having a home. Fun, playful, and full of energy, Arizona is doing her best to stay positive here again. She’s ready for a fresh start with a forever family who’ll never let her go.

*Adoptions are walk-in 12-6 daily at 2741 S. Western Ave. Chicago, IL

*The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.

*All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up to date rabies vaccination for your dog or dogs.

*Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.
