TAZ
Taz and his brother, Simba, were confiscated from a neglectful owner when they were only 8 weeks old. They lived in limbo at the shelter for 6 long months until the court case with their owner was settled and they were finally allowed to be released to a rescue, so Lovepaws swooped in to save them. Despite living in shelter conditions for so long and from such a young age, Taz is a resilient, curious and well-adjusted pup.
Taz is a very curious and snuggly guy. He still has puppy energy and is learning about the smells and sounds around him every day. He loves making other dog friends, chasing squirrels, and going on long walks. Inside the house, he's a champion napper who will let you sleep in. He's been great in the car, friendly on restaurant patios and has adjusted quickly to condo living. Ideally, you're never out of his sight, including shower time. He'll sit inside the shower curtain and wonder what the heck you are doing with all that water!
Taz loves long walks and hikes and getting in lots of playtime or working on treat puzzles. He is slowly being introduced to new situations, environments, sights and smells. At the end of the day, he is happiest curled up on the couch next to his people.
