CHAMP is a 10 week old Male Chihuahua-Terrier Mix. He is looking for his “Forever Home”. CHAMP has been socialized, is very playful and engaging. He is good with other dogs, cat safe and kid friendly. We estimate he will be a 8-12lb dog when full grown. He will make a great addition to a loving home.

More about this rescue
Shay's Strays Animal Rescue provides a temporary, safe home for abandoned, discarded dogs/puppies. Our animals come to us in a variety of ways, the majority of those that we rescue are from high kill shelters, families who can no longer care for them and/or strays roaming the streets. While our goal is to help these animals find safe permanent homes as quickly as possible, we know that some will have a long road ahead, and they are welcome to stay with us for as long as it takes. Often, we provide much needed medical attention, socialization, and training so that the animals in our care have the best chance at a new life.
