My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lacey is beautiful inside and out! She’s a total people girl, liking everyone she’s met so far. She gets very excited when meeting a new human friend and her springy puppy personality takes over — she wants to jump to show how happy she is to meet them. She’s learning to sit while she greets people.

Lacey is extremely affectionate and loves to be near “her people.” She’ll glue herself to your side for cuddles or a nap but she’ll also hang out where the action is, content to just watch everything, until she conks out for a puppy power nap.

She’s making great progress with crate training. She takes a little while to settle down, but sleeps well all night. She’s learning that her crate can be a safe cozy zone for her.

Lacey gets very excited at meal times. She’s been learning to sit before she goes to her bowl slowly, with human direction, to help her not gulp her food down quite so fast.

Lacey is rocking it on potty training! She thrives on a routine - 100% success when she goes out regularly.

She loves going for walks. She’s curious about EVERYTHING, but doesn’t try to yank the leash out of your hands.

Lacey is very, very clever and responds well to positive feedback. She trains easily.

She loves to play with crinkle toys and balls are the BEST.TOY.EVER. in her book!

She is a happy, fun-loving girl, full of positive, playful energy. She would do well in a forever home with a fenced yard where she can run. She likes to chill out too, and cuddle and snooze quietly with her foster family.
