Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Belle
Breed: Pit Bull
Sex: Spayed Female
Age: 5 years
Weight: 59 lbs
Good with dogs? Yes, she is living with two other dogs of own size, and likes to relax with confident doggie friends who share her appreciation of good manners. She politely sets boundaries when she meets other dogs.
Good with cats? No, Belle is interested in and may chase animals like cats, rabbits, squirrels and birds, and is even curious about deer and horses running around.
Good with kids? Yes, she met a three year old girl, gently tolerated her erratic toddler behavior, gave loving face kisses and appropriate space, and watched over her while snuggling on the couch.
Energy level: Low, with spurts of zoomies! Belle is excited about her walks and has enjoyed some 3-4 mile hikes, but is also content on days without walks, napping calmly near her family.
Animal Characteristics: Belle is a beautiful, sweet, calm, friendly, gentle, smart, very good girl who absolutely adores humans, meeting new people and snuggling in laps! She would be a gem for a happy family with kids or a busy person who needs a weekday couch potato and a weekend hiking partner. Belle would be happy to share her home with other peaceful, chill dogs or have her humans all to herself, as long as treats and cuddles are plentiful. Belle was probably used for breeding until she ended up in a shelter, then was rescued and driven across several states, through a snowstorm! She cannot wait to find her loving fur-ever home.
